After working with us
After you work with us, your future career may or may not relate to our field of expertise and our network. You have no obligation to stay in touch, or inform us about career steps.
However, in case your life or career moves revolve around research, zoo animal medicine, exotic pet medicine etc., it may be advantageous to maintain a professional relationship with us, and a line of communication.
In particular, you may require references for applications, and people from our networks might contact us, informally inquiring about you. We deal with these situations in a professional manner; we can do this more easily if we are informed (as opposed to receiving a surprising phonecall in relation to an application we did not know about). While we all know that we may use our contacts mostly if we require something (information, samples etc), we also all know that the person receiving the request will feel somewhat more positive about it if these moments of request are not the only moments we contact them.
Very often, we appreciate to stay in touch, and will make efforts in that direction ourselves.
